Here at Portside PT we know that sometimes all our clients need is a little boost in motivation and accountability.
That's why we've come up with a completely new package for new clients designed to get you moving towards your goals quickly and effectively. We call it the 4 Week Kickstarter!
During your 4 weeks you'll complete 1-3 Personal Training sessions per week with your trainer as well as being provided with extra workout plans you can take forward for yourself in your own time.
We'll also take a look at your diet and eating habits to discuss how you can eat more healthy food aimed at helping you reach your goals.
For those that want to continue training with us after the 4 weeks, you'll be rewarded with a 10% discount on your next package.

Our studio is a completely private space for Personal Training. Unlike many other gyms and studios in Brighton & Hove, we offer a completely bespoke service for each of our clients, meaning that you get exactly what you need to achieve your goals and keep making progress, even after you’ve finished the 4 weeks!
