We love what we do and we love helping you achieve your goals. Ultimately we love to help people within our professional capacity but that doesn't mean that we don't care about the greater community in Brighton & Hove.
As we start to open up and get back to normal it might seem like all those down days weren’t so bad after all. But unfortunately those down days were in fact much worse for some people than others; the entire country saw mental health decline as well as an increase in suicide rates over the course of the pandemic.
This demonstrates mental health is just as important as physical health, and for a lot of people maintaining mental health is harder than staying physically fit and healthy.
We know that working out and exercising can help improve mood and self perception, we see it happen every day. But we can do more.
What about those who are really suffering, those who can’t exercise easily or those who have been in life changing circumstances? We want to help those people too.
We’re going to give more back to the community by raising funds and awareness for our partner charity, Mind in Brighton & Hove. This extra cash will go towards mental health projects in the city as well as their advocacy services and peer support groups, all free of charge.
Their services have proved to be vital to so many people in many different circumstances in Brighton, Hove and West Sussex and we want to support their fantastic work.
So in order to chip in, we’re running some giveaways and raffles to raise money and awareness for Mind in Brighton and Hove.
Sponsored Beach Clean
Don’t feel bad about not cleaning the beach because we’ll do it for you! Our team of volunteers will pick up 10 pieces of litter on your behalf with every £10 donation which goes directly to our partner charity, Mind in Brighton and Hove. Clean the beach AND give to charity! We'll be starting our beach cleans in July and we'll continue each weekend until we clear our required amount of rubbish from Hove beaches!

Personal Training isn't accessible financially for everyone. Portside Pledge
From the 1st July to 1st Aug we’re pledging to donate £1 to Mind in Brighton & Hove for every PT session we deliver as a team. Currently running at 80 sessions per week, we're hoping to pledge at least £400 across the month from all the sessions our Personal Trainers have delivered by the end of the month. Hopefully all our clients will do an extra session or two this month to help bump this total up!
Hopefully we'll be able to raise a good amount of money for Mind in Brighton & Hove with our target being £1000 by August!
