Hello to all you wonderful people in Hove & Portslade! It’s been a long slog this year already but we’re happy to say we’ve finally got a date for reopening! Here’s our roadmap out of lockdown.
Phase 1: Now
Personal Trainers can only meet one other person at a time outdoors. We’ll be continuing to offer online training as well as opening up our diaries for more outdoor sessions. We’ll be mainly using Hove Lagoon as having one base means we can complete back to back sessions without having to move to another park in Brighton, Hove or Portslade! The only issue might be the parking down there but we do have pay and display parking closer to the studio (and we also have some free spaces too so if you’re worried about parking please contact your trainer to discuss options). In person group training is not allowed.
Phase 2: 29th March
Personal Trainers can meet more than one person outside, up to 6 including the trainer. This will allow us to start using our car park for sessions as a team. Your trainer will bring some kit out to use during the session and we’ll ensure everything is cleaned fully before and after use. Unfortunately clients will not be able to enter the studio at all, even to use the toilet. As strict as this might seem, we’ve been told explicitly that this is not allowed until the restrictions are fully lifted. Indoor classes and group training is not allowed
Phase 3: 12th April
Gyms are reopening which means our PT team can get back to business as usual! Indoor classes and group training is still not allowed.
