These strength and fitness group training sessions are designed to challenge you and help you reach your full potential. You'll use a variety of equipment, including weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, to build muscle and burn fat. Our trainers will teach you proper form and technique to help you get the most out of your workout and prevent injury in every session.
In our small group training sessions, you'll be part of a community of like-minded individuals who share your fitness goals. You'll find support and encouragement from your workout partners and from your trainers, who will push you to achieve your best while also having fun and getting fit and strong

The first sessions will be held at 6pm Mondays through to Thursdays as well as Saturday morning at 9am.
