How It Works:

Our small group training sessions focus on strength, fitness, core and stability to help you become the strongest, fittest version of yourself. The sessions are completed in a circuit style along with other like-minded people who want to achieve their goals in a fun, supportive and motivating environment. 

You have 30 days under our guidance and we want to help you get into a new exercise routine over this time. Once the 30 days is up, you'll have the opportunity to continue training with us on one of our monthly memberships at the same price!


We work on the basis of self-selected exercise intensity so we’ll never push you too hard, only encourage you to do your best for that particular day. Most clients end up pushing themselves harder because they WANT to, not because they HAVE to but working in a group adds that element of atmosphere which acts as another layer of motivation.
