Join us for a blissful Sunday mini-retreat at Portside PT with resident Yoga instructor Claire, where you'll embark on a rejuvenating journey of yoga, tea, and meditation. This immersive 2 hour session is designed to provide a much-needed escape from the demands of daily life, allowing you to nurture your body, mind, and spirit.

Under the expert guidance of Claire, a seasoned Yoga instructor and meditation practitioner, you'll dive into a carefully curated program that combines the power of movement, tranquility, and mindfulness. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, this workshop welcomes participants of all levels, providing a supportive and inclusive environment for personal growth and exploration.
