I've looked for trainers in Brighton & Hove before but never found the right place for me. When I moved further away from Brighton and into Hove I came across Portside PT- it's a cracking place to train and the personal trainers are top-notch. With my PT Dylan’s help, I’ve made faster progress than I ever have before. The studio also has a lovely atmosphere with views across the water making it a nice place to workout as well!

What To Expect From Your First Session
When you arrive for your first session, you’ll be greeted by your trainer before sitting down for a 15-20 minute consultation. During this time we’ll discuss your goals, fitness levels and injuries as well as the things holding you back from reaching your goals.
We’ll try to look into some of the reasons you want to reach these goals and start to build a picture of what you want to get out of the sessions in general. Once we’ve gained a better understanding of what you want to achieve and how you want to achieve it, we’ll take you through a short workout to show you the types of exercises that will make up your personalised programme.
We’ll also use this opportunity to explore new exercises you might enjoy without doing any of the things you hate! So if you hate burpees, you’ll be pleased to hear you never have to do one with us!
Once we’ve finished the workout we’ll discuss the different packages and recommend the right options for you to reach your goals.
You’ll be able to book your sessions for the coming weeks and you’ll be ready to start your journey with us at Portside!
