Small Group Training & Yoga

Whilst 121 personal training might not be your thing, we have our small group training sessions as well as weekly Yoga sessions to help you regain control of your health & fitness routine and get you moving!

The studio at Portside is a bright, airy space overlooking the water on the Hove end of Shoreham Port. We have all the equipment you need, a welcoming atmosphere, free parking and a motivational team to help you get what you need from your workouts!
